This policy explains what information Jar2 Restoration LLC collects through jar2restoration.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It's written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
When you submit our contact form, call, text or email us, we receive whatever you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, the nature of your water damage situation, the approximate affected area, and any details you include in your message. When you book a rental we also collect your delivery address and payment information.
Our host records standard web server information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running and to understand which pages are useful.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — our web host, our form and email providers, and our payment processor — and only as needed to do their job. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your enquiry, your rental, delivery and pickup scheduling, and return reminders. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Enquiries that don't become rentals are kept for up to two years. Rental records, receipts and drying documentation are kept for at least seven years to meet tax, insurance and liability requirements.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may set essential cookies required for the site to function.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to records we're required to retain. Email jar2rental@gmail.com or call 770-765-6036.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Note for Jar2: this policy describes standard practice and covers the common cases, but it should be reviewed by a Georgia attorney before you rely on it — particularly the retention periods and the SMS consent language, which have specific legal requirements. Add your registered business address before publishing; a physical address is expected on a privacy policy and helps your Google Business Profile too. Delete this note once reviewed.
