How quickly can you deliver? +
For orders placed before 2 PM, we typically deliver same-day within our service area. For orders placed after 2 PM, we deliver next morning. Emergency situations are handled case by case — call us and we'll do everything we can.
How much does delivery cost? +
Delivery and pickup are both free for all bundle rentals within our standard service area. There is no hidden delivery fee.
What if I break or damage equipment? +
Normal wear is covered. For damage beyond normal use, we assess on a case-by-case basis. We're not here to nickel-and-dime you — we just ask that you treat the equipment with reasonable care.
Can I extend my rental if drying takes longer? +
Absolutely. Just call or text us and we'll extend at the daily rate. Drying times vary based on materials and conditions, and we'd rather you dry properly than rush it.
Do I need any experience to use the equipment? +
No experience needed. Every rental includes a setup guide, equipment tutorial videos, and our phone/text support. Most customers are up and running within 30 minutes of delivery.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. A credit card is required to hold the reservation, but you can pay any other method at delivery.
Is there a deposit required? +
Yes, we require a refundable security deposit equal to the rental amount. This is refunded in full upon return of equipment in good condition.

Yes. We work with landlords, property managers, small businesses, and commercial buildings. Contact us directly for commercial rates and large-scale jobs.
